Located at an average altitude of 1400 meters and with an area of arable land of essentially sandy-silty soils with 202 hectares of which 58 hectares are irrigated with a rotary pivot sprinkler system (33 ha+25 ha), another 10 hectares are irrigated by sprinkler for vegetables and 40 hectares are irrigated with localized irrigation for citrus orchard. The rest of the area with a strong mountainous influence benefits from a silvo-pastoral use. It accommodates 250 goats and 150 sheep, as well as an apiary for honey production. Our company dedicates enormous effort into development of our infrastructures and possibility for growth, therefore these numbers change exponentially.

Located on the riverbank of the Tchimpumpunhino, in the municipality of Chibia with several citrus production blocks (20 hectares) and organic production blocks (30 hectares). The soils are of the Ferralitic type with the occurrence of alluvial stains at the headwaters bordering the river. This unit located at an average altitude of 1400 meters meets the demands for organic apiary production (50 hives) with sustainable use of resources applied.

Located in the valley of the Caculvar River at an altitude of 1100 meters and with 550 hectares of arable land of alluvial matrix of a clayey nature, of which 75 ha are irrigated with a rotary pivot sprinkler system and 100 hectares are irrigated with localized irrigating mango and guava orchards systems. This farm has a-lot of potential for expansion with the forecast of installing in the short term another rotating pivot of 25 hectares. 200 hectares will be reserved for improved pasture and create a confined park for 200 cattle with aptitude for meat production.

Located at an altitude of 2000 meters with an area of 120 hectares of arable land of
Ferralitic soils, of which 10 hectares are irrigated by rotating pivot and 60 ha are irrigated with localized irrigation for drop orchard installation (Prunoideas and Pomoideas). In this production unit are located the basic seed multiplication blocks that assist the breeding program. It was in this unit that in 2018/19 the first hybrid seeds in Angola commercially multiplied.

Located on the irrigated perimeter of Sogangelas, in the municipality of Chiba, with an initial implementation area of 50 hectares and an expansion plan for 100 hectares. The soils are of the Ferralitic type, being implemented at an average altitude of 1450 meters where the multiplication of certified seed is carried out under the irrigation pivot of 33 hectares.
